About us

The Treasure CO operates this online store. The store is powered by Shopify, but purchases made through the store are made with The Treasure CO.

Products

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary slightly between screens, and natural materials or handmade items may have small variations. Product availability can change without notice.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment has been successfully processed. We may refuse or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing error, stock problem, suspected fraud or another legitimate reason. If we cancel an order after payment, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website. Shipping charges and any other applicable charges are shown before you complete checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, payment and delivery information.

Shipping

Shipping methods, charges and delivery estimates are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page and at checkout. Some products are fulfilled by specialist partners and may arrive separately from in-stock Treasure Co or Kate & Aud items.
